Probably not but he's been accused of rape again.

This is a breaking story.

He will probaly pay her off like before but he should use a call girl agency like Charley Sheen.

He spent over $30,000 on prostitutes in one year-lol.

Scott and Jeremy talked about it yesterday.

Ben has a home outside of Atlanta and went to a club. He rented a VIP room
and said sorry dudes, girls only.

This girl alledges that he followed her into the bathroom. Even if that isn't
true he set himself up big time.

The girl is 20 and Scott said she already dropped out of college because
of it.

BTW, Ben must be worried because he hired Garland.

For those too young to know he defended Ray and is the most important
person in Baltimore sports history and will soon be the same in Pissburgh.

Trap,
If that DNA comes back a match, he's in trouble. By the way, I tried to spell check "Pissburgh", but my spell check said it was correct, LOL...

Regardless of whether he is guilty or not of the rape, this will surely tarnish his reputation. Looks like another case of too much money for a young kid and it went to his head. Some of these guys convince themselves and are convinced by others that they are above the law and/or can act like total asses.

Whether or not the rape is true, it will be interesting to see how the Steeler fan base reacts. They are always quick to point out that the Ravens are thugs because Ray Lewis is a murderer, even though he was found not guilty. So, even if Rottenburger is found not guilty, will they look the other way or want him off the team? I think we all know the answer to this question.

Penn - Rooney can't be too happy about Ben's actions.

Doesn't look like there will be a sample.

Jen's atty refuses to let him give one.

What are they hiding?

She also got a head injury by slipping and falling, so she isn't faking that.

Jen is in deep poop.

penn, remember, ray wasn't found not guilty, the murder charge was dropped when he agreed to plead guilty to a lesser charge. those pissburgh fans like pointing that out, but if this goes to a trial, i'll bet the exact same thing happens.

Semantics. Let's remember, he was initially charged with murder and by the end he was not. Ok, if we want to split hairs, instead of saying he was found not guilty, lets say he was not found guilty. And if Rottenburger is charged with rape and aggravated assult, chances are he will plea bargain and plead guilty to a lessor charge as well, even if he wasn't really guilty of rape.

yes, just what i said.

my point was more about other fans calling him a murderer cuz he plea bargained and wasn't "exonerated" like the other 2. but ben will do the same thing. so i guess he'll still be a rapist, right?Drool

I gotta say it's truly irritating that once again Ray's name gets dragged into this. "Ben hires the attorney who represented Ray Lewis" Seems like any time any player gets in serious trouble, that past gets dredged up, and every time there's a new generation of Squeelers fans who weren't even paying attention to football in 2000 who take it as a given that he is a murderer. I mean, you reap what you sow and all, but you gotta at least give Ray a lot of credit for having learned from that mistake. He truly did stop hanging out with the wrong crowd, which a life-threatening motorcycle and a previous rape allegation have still not taught Toothlisberger/Rapistberger. That guy needs to stop listening to Little Ben.
